How many days will it take for you to dispatch my order?​
Most of our orders are made to order therefore we require 10-12 business days except if the item ordered is in stock and ready-to-ship, in which case, it will be shipped in 1-2 days. In case of any major delays, a mail mentioning the estimated time will be sent to you on your email ID.
Custom orders may take longer to dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment gateways except COD for online orders as all products are made to order hence full payment is taken in advance.

There is an issue with my order, how should I raise my concerns?

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
No, as all the products are made to order hence once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled as our crafting process starts immediately.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can reach out to us via Instagram or email us with your change in delivery address, at hellotrunni@gmail.com before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched we would be unable to change the delivery address.

Can I modify my products (colour) in my order after it has been placed?
Since most of our jewellery and crocheted products are handmade, and made to order, we do offer limited customisations, like change in colour. For colour customisations, you can leave a comment while placing the order, or reach out to us over Instagram @trunni.co or email us at hellotrunni@gmail.com. In case of bigger modification requests, the final prices of your order might change.

Reach out to us via Instagram or email us at hellotrunni@gmail.com with your idea and vision and we will craft a detailed plan for the same and share an estimated price and delivery time. Once you approve, we begin crafting!
